"Our Home Town Highlights"
Celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Pacific Grove Historical Home Tour, with the Monterey Bay Plein Air Painters Association exhibiting 40 plein-air paintings of Pacific Grove ’s unique and beautiful architectural treasures at the Pacific Grove Art Center . The unique charm and beauty of Pacific Grove ’s historic homes provided ample subject matter which the artists captured in watercolors, acrylics, oils, and pastels.
Renowned California artist Kathleen Dunphy juried the works. The show ran from September through October 15th. Awards presented, as follows:
1st place: Joe Ouye for FAST AND FABULOUS
2nd place: Robert Lewis - VILLA ON THE BAY
3rd place: Andy Williams - TWO CLASSICS
